Recommended dosage:

On training days, dissolve one serving (13 g = 2 scoops) in 300 ml of water and consume it before, during, or after training. On non-training days, dissolve one serving (13 g = 2 scoops) in 300 ml of water and consume it throughout the day. For better solubility, shake in a shaker for 30 seconds.

Ingredients:
